- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Track sprint progress, manage risks, dependencies, and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and support CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.
- Monitor and report team performance using project dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
- Work with ServiceNow teams to automate workflows, approvals, incident, change, and request management processes.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and IT service management best practices.
- Support IT audits,



security audits, compliance assessments, and evidence collection activities.
- Track audit findings, remediation actions, and compliance requirements to closure.
- Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance standards are maintained.
- Facilitate change management and release planning activities across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
- Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level communications.
- Support incident management, problem management, and post-incident review processes.
- Mentor teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and DevOps culture.
