We are Looking for an experienced and high-performing Technical Sales Consultant who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and successfully convert incoming enquiries into confirmed orders.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling B2C technical products, excellent convincing and negotiation skills, and a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing and installation requirements.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified enquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with installation and service teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable products where relevant.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 34 years of sales experience.
- Experience selling B2C technical products, appliances,
home-improvement products or similar solutions.
- Proven history of being a high performer and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Robust communication, convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to convert incoming calls and digital enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Comfortable understanding and explaining technical product information.
- Solid follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp and computer-based sales tools.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling technical or high-value B2C products.
- Experience in consult ative selling and handling incoming sales enquiries.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and explain technical information in simple language.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
