Hiring: Technical Recruitment Lead – Lifts & Elevators

Work Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Lifts/Elevators industry

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage recruitment of Lift & Elevator Technicians and technical manpower.
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' practical knowledge.
- Evaluate technical skills related to lift installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance to the recruitment team.
- Guide recruiters in sourcing and screening technically suitable candidates.
- Manage and monitor the recruitment process for technical positions.
- Coordinate with management/client teams regarding technical manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Clients.
- Lead the recruitment team and ensure timely closure of requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Lifts/Elevators industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of lifts/elevators, installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Must have experience in leading or supervising a team.
- Should be capable of independently conducting technical interviews of lift/elevator technicians.
- Positive communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Candidates from roles such as Lift/Elevator Supervisor, Service Engineer, Installation Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Technical Supervisor, Service Manager or Technical Team Leader may apply.
