We are looking for a strong and hands-on Technical Recruiter with proven experience in Niche Technical Hiring, GCC Hiring, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who understands technology hiring, can identify robust technical talent, and has the ability to independently drive requirements from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche IT roles.
- Handle C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring from sourcing through onboarding and conversion.
- Drive GCC hiring and build strong technology talent pipelines.
- Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct effective initial screening and evaluate candidates against technical requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and close requirements.
- Handle multiple positions and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Drive interview coordination, feedback, negotiations, offer closure, and joining.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build pipelines for niche and difficult-to-find technology skills.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing and closure ratios.





Technical Hiring Exposure Experience hiring for areas such as:

- Java / .NET / Python
- Full Stack Development
- Cloud & DevOps
- Data Engineering
- Data Science / AI / ML
- QA / Automation
- Cybersecurity
- Software Engineering
- Product Engineering
- Architecture & Senior Engineering
- Other niche technology skill sets

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on C2H / Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience Mandatory
- Strong experience in Niche Technical Hiring
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technology skill sets
- Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals
- Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to close difficult technical positions
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
