We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT/technical positions. The first 3 months will be on contract , with an opportunity to convert to FTE based on performance and business requirements .
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles.
- Understand JDs and assess technical skill alignment.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interviews, offers, and joining.
- Meet defined submission, selection, and joining targets .
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Must Have
- 2–5 years of Technical/IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn .
- Target-oriented approach with positive candidate management.
Contract-to-FTE 3-month performance-based contract. Candidates demonstrating strong performance, productivity, quality of hiring, and target achievement may be converted to FTE . Otherwise, the contract will conclude at the end of the 3-month period.
