CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Salary Hike: Around 20–25% on current CTC
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong experience in sourcing technical profiles
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Positive understanding of end-to-end recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
