Technical Recruiter — Talendroid Technologies

Talendroid Technologies is looking for a Technical Recruiter who understands technology, communicates exceptionally well, and takes ownership of hiring end to end.

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Full-time, work from office

Experience: 2–6 years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

What you’ll do

- Hire talent with product-development backgrounds across full-stack, front-end and back-end development; C#, Java and .NET; SAP S/4HANA; electrical and hardware design; and embedded systems.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, write transparent JDs, source candidates, assess profiles, coordinate interviews, and close offers.
- Use AI and modern recruiting tools to learn new technologies, improve sourcing, and evaluate profiles more effectively.





What we’re looking for

- 2–6 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably hiring for product companies or product-development teams.
- Strong understanding of technology terminology and the judgment to assess relevant experience beyond keywords.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder-management skills.
