Job Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala, India

Source, screen and manage hiring requirements (direct hire and outsource) for UAE client requirements in close coordination with the UAE recruitment team.

- Receive and interpret UAE client job descriptions and manpower requirements before sourcing.
- Source through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, skilled networks and targeted headhunting.
- Use Boolean search and structured CV/database search techniques to identify technically relevant profiles.
- Conduct initial telephone/online screening covering technical fit, experience, availability, location, compensation and mobility.
- Prepare quality shortlists and coordinate interviews with UAE Head Office and clients.
- Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers and candidate status updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate selected candidates with HR for documentation till offer acceptance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years recruitment experience, ideally in UAE/GCC recruitment, staffing, manpower, EPC, oil & gas, IT or industrial sectors.
- Engineering or other technical background or experience strongly preferred.
