US Non-IT Technical Recruiter – Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: 100% Remote – India

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Technical Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for US Non-IT / Engineering / Technical positions , strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities





- Source and recruit qualified candidates for US Non-IT technical positions.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate submission.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Managers/Recruiting Managers to understand client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, or other non-IT technical roles.
- Robust knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift .
