About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will drive our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, partnering with leadership to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for our R&D; functions across Software, Mechanical, Electronics, and Electrical engineering domains within an Engineering Manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the full hiring lifecycle across all levels of experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job profiles, technical qualification criteria, and hiring timelines.
- Sourcing &
- Talent Mapping: Utilize major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and niche technical platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Facebook) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Screening &
- Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial phone assessments, and organize/lead interviews to build qualified candidate shortlists.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate journey.
- Talent Pipeline &




- Database: Maintain an active database of qualified talent in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for current and future talent needs.
- Events &
- Outreach: Host and represent the company at job fairs, campus hiring drives, and professional networking events.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source channel efficiency, and offer acceptance rates.
- Out of Box thinking: Come up with cutting-edge idea for niche hirings and tapping on to hidden talent.

Requirements &

- Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role.
- Industry Alignment: Specific hands-on experience in hiring for R&D; teams across Software, Mechanical, Electronics, and Electrical disciplines within an Engineering Manufacturing organization.
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in a technical discipline preferred (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / BCA or equivalent).
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on mastery of major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and social/niche sourcing channels (GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with robust interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
