Role Overview The Technical Recruiter will fill a defined set of engineering roles across Mumzworld's India engineering hub over the next 90 days. You will own pipelines end to end, work directly with hiring managers, and be measured on hires made, using a modern, AI-assisted recruiting stack.

What You'll Be Doing

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Hire for software, data, QA, and infrastructure roles, from sourcing through to offer and close.

Sourcing & Automation: Build weekly pipeline using Juicebox, LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals, and run AI agents to automate searches, outreach, and follow-up.

ATS Ownership: Own Teamtailor end to end, including pipelines, automations, templates, careers page, and reporting.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Agree on what "great" looks like, keep candidates moving fast, and report weekly funnel metrics.

What You'll Need

Experience: 0 to 3 years in recruiting, sourcing,



or talent operations (internships and agency experience count), with some exposure to technical hiring.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Teamtailor and Juicebox, plus experience building AI agents or automated outreach workflows (Juicebox, Clay, Zapier, Make, or similar).

Skills: Solid written communication, self-directed, and comfortable with volume and ambiguity.

Location: Based in India, with working-hour overlap with the UAE team.
