About the Role

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, proactive, and growth-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring for technical roles, understand technical requirements, be comfortable using AI and modern recruitment tools, and have a genuine willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.
- Use AI tools and technology to improve sourcing, screening, research, and recruitment workflows.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring progress and metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring timelines and targets.

Must-Have Requirements — Non-Negotiable
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Must have prior experience hiring for IT/technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with technical domains such as Frontend, Backend, QA/Testing, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new technologies.
- Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment and day-to-day work.




- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant technical skill sets in candidates.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Must have your own laptop and a reliable setup for work.
