We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our team and play a key role in building strong, high-performing technology teams.

What You’ll Do

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and define the right candidate profiles.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, communities, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and assess their skills, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, drive offer discussions, and support successful closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technology hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Technical / IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for roles across Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, QA, or similar technology functions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
- Good understanding of technical roles and the ability to understand technology requirements.
- Excellent communication, follow-up,



and stakeholder-management skills.
- A proactive hunter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who enjoys the challenge of finding great talent, not just available talent.
