Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and delivery leadership experience. This role requires managing end-to-end project lifecycles, driving cross-functional collaboration, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Drive Agile project execution and adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Monitor project health, track progress, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Stakeholder Management

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Operations.
- Manage project escalations and ensure effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Governance

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance frameworks, quality standards, and delivery processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and direction to development and QA teams.
- Support solution design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and organizational objectives.

Resource & Financial Management

- Manage resource planning,



utilization, and allocation across multiple projects.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Support project estimations, capacity planning, and forecasting activities.

Organizational Contribution

- Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, solution proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Drive knowledge-sharing and mentor team members on project management best practices.
- Participate in organizational improvement and modernization initiatives.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of .NET, Angular, Web APIs, and MS SQL Server.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and release management.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, application development, and system integration concepts.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.

Project Management Skills

- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Solid risk, dependency, and issue management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
