Role: Technical Project Manager

Required Technical Skill Set: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Development Project Delivery ownership experience using Agile Scrum

Desired Experience Range: 10 Yrs +

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency/Skills):

1. Strong in Java 8, Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
2. Working knowledge of Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
3. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT.
4. Familiarity with DB2 database.
5. Working experience in Agile projects.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Design and implement Java microservices for messaging platforms.
2. Monitor message delivery status, delivery reports (DLRs), and troubleshoot delivery failures.
3. Implement API security, rate limiting, and error handling in microservices.
4. Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment.
5. Optimize performance and ensure scalability of messaging services.
6. Maintain detailed documentation of API interfaces, integrations, and deployment guides.
