We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise software programs and complex, cross-functional delivery engagements. The role combines technical program management, customer engagement, stakeholder leadership, delivery governance, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across customer-facing and internal programs, managing multiple concurrent engagements, and working closely with engineering, Sales, Solution Consulting, and senior leadership. You will bring strong technical understanding to program planning and execution while ensuring commitments, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise software programs and customer engagements.
- Develop program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and customer teams.
- Manage customer-facing programs while maintaining strong internal delivery governance.
- Track program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of blockers.
- Coordinate software deployment activities involving servers, environments, integrations, authentication, security configuration, go-lives, and version upgrades.
- Facilitate technical and business discussions between customers and engineering teams.
- Own escalations and drive structured resolution while maintaining customer confidence.
- Establish transparent communication and reporting mechanisms across stakeholders.
- Prepare and present concise, data-driven program updates for customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, and senior leadership.
- Monitor delivery performance against agreed timelines, milestones,



scope, and commitments.
- Facilitate program reviews, governance meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Apply Agile and appropriate project management methodologies throughout the software development and deployment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, decisions, and delivery dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, program governance, and customer experience.
- Ensure effective transition from implementation through go-live and post-deployment support.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 12–15 years of overall professional experience, including at least 8 years in technical program or project management.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software or complex cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong track record managing multiple concurrent customer-facing delivery engagements through successful completion.
- Experience operating across both customer-facing and internal programs, beyond delivery execution alone.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software deployment lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and release management.
- Working knowledge of servers, integrations, environments, authentication, security hardening, go-lives, and version migrations.
- Strong escalation-management skills with the ability to remain composed and credible under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Robust data-driven approach with the ability to create clear, insight-led program updates.
- Hands-on familiarity with program and collaboration tools such as Atlassian, Miro, and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with financial-services clients would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
