Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead digital engineering initiatives for a global warehouse automation and intralogistics organization. The role requires a combination of technical leadership, delivery management, customer engagement, and domain understanding.

Responsibilities

- 12 + years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager role leading end-to-end delivery of complex software and digital engineering projects.
- Lead and drive technology projects across Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain
- Provide technical oversight across Embedded, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, MLOps, Cyber Security, and Web Applications (Digital).
- Demonstrate solid understanding and hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery, software estimation, risk management, change management, dependency management, and release management
- Ability to drive technical execution by understanding architecture, dependencies, implementation plans, delivery risks and engineering trade offs
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management tools.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams of 15 or more members.
- Strong financial acumen, including effort estimation, resource planning, budget forecasting, utilization, and project margin management.
- Support account growth through technical discussions, solutioning, and capability development.
- Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, technical presentations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, as required
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or equivalent to improve engineering productivity.
- Experience applying AI for software development activities such as code reviews, documentation, test case generation,



root cause analysis, backlog refinement, and engineering automation.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, data security, and best practices for the safe use of AI in software engineering.
- Ability to evaluate, adopt, and drive AI-enabled engineering practices across development teams while ensuring quality, security, and compliance.

Technical Skills

- Embedded software development
- Exposure to Data Engineering, Data Platforms & Integration , Cloud technologies
- AI/ML, MLOps and automation know how
- Exposure to APIs, web applications and software engineering , Cyber Security, DevSecOps and compliance
- Agile/Scrum, CI/CD and modern software development practices
- Java/J2EE, .NET, or C experience nice to have

Domain Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

- Warehouse Automation / Intralogistics
- Retail / Supply Chain / Logistics - Mandatory
- Manufacturing / Industrial Automation / Automotive is added advantage
- Robotics or Digital Engineering

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering
