Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities l Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating with stakeholders to align business and technical goals l Execution &

- Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of technical projects, ensuring that teams meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

l Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

l Agile Methodologies: Implement agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

l Risk &

- Issue Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Resolve any project issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

l Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, DevOps, data engineers,



and QA to ensure smooth project progress and transparent communication.

l Documentation &

- Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring project transparency.

l Budget &

- Resource Management: Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications l Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

l Experience: 7 to 13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing technical or software development projects.

l Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

l Agile &

- Scrum: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience as a Scrum Master.

l Technical Background: Working knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure to effectively communicate with technical teams.

l Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex problems.

l Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications l PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

l Experience with cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).

l Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
