Role Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in IT Services or Product Engineering organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA, PMP, or CSM certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex delivery programs.
- Solid technical background with 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Manager.
- Experience owning end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Experience managing delivery P&L;, including margins, utilization, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to define and implement delivery frameworks, governance models, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience establishing and monitoring delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery, defect density, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and resource utilization.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and scaling delivery teams with 15+ direct reports, including Project Managers, Technical Leads, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Experience building succession plans and driving continuous capability development.
- Strong client-facing experience managing executive stakeholders, project escalations, steering committee meetings,



and delivery reviews.
- Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships and support pre-sales and due diligence activities.
- Experience providing architectural guidance and conducting technical quality audits and health checks.
- Strong understanding of modern technologies, including Cloud, Microservices, AI/ML, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating delivery risks, including scope, timelines, and resource management.
- Strong understanding of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, including ISO, GDPR, and SOC 2.
- Expertise in at least two of the following technology areas
- :Full Stack: .NET Core, Angular/React, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Data & AI/ML: SQL, NoSQL, Data Pipelines, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, and team leadership capabilities.
- Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives while driving delivery excellence across multiple enterprise projects.
