Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong professional who can own both visual design and Webflow-based website development.

n

This role sits at the intersection of branding, marketing design, UI/UX, and front-end execution. You will design high-quality visual assets and bring them to life on the web using Webflow—ensuring speed, performance, consistency, and polish.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Graphic Design & Visual Communication

n

n
- Design marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, presentations, and websites
n
- Create layouts and visuals for reports, brochures, posters, and brand materials
n
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital and offline assets
n
- Manage, organize, and evolve SiteRecon's design asset library
n
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from marketing and leadership
n

2. Webflow Design & Development

n

n
- Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites in Webflow
n
- Translate Figma or internal design concepts into pixel-accurate Webflow implementations
n
- Work with CMS collections and dynamic content
n
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
n
- Maintain and optimize existing Webflow projects
n

3. Custom Code, Integrations & Performance

n

n
- Enhance Webflow sites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
n
- Embed and troubleshoot custom scripts, forms, analytics, CRMs, and automation tools
n
- Optimize images, animations,



and assets for fast load times
n
- Implement SEO best practices (metadata, accessibility, performance)
n
- Conduct QA testing and fix bugs before deployment
n

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

n

n
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams
n
- Proactively suggest improvements to site UX, workflows, and visual storytelling
n
- Stay up to date with Webflow features, design trends, and best practices
n

n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design + Webflow Development

n

Strong portfolio showcasing:

n

n
- Visual design work (branding, marketing creatives, layouts)
n
- Live Webflow websites
n

n

Proficiency in:

n

n
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
n
- Figma
n
- Webflow
n
- Solid understanding of:
n
- Typography, color theory, layout, branding
n
- Responsive design and UI/UX principles
n
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality
n
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
n

Positive to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

- GIFs, Lottie animations,

- Basic SEO and analytics knowledge (GA, Search Console)

- Basic Git or version control understanding

Education

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related fields

- Relevant certifications or hands-on experience may substitute formal education
