A prospecting machine who‘s comfortable working across time zones, writing cold outreach that doesn‘t read like cold outreach, and running lightweight paid campaigns to warm up a cold audience. They‘re not a marketer who occasionally prospects or a salesperson who occasionally runs ads — they live in the middle, building pipeline through whatever channel gets the meeting booked. They work independently, report on pipeline weekly, and hand off warm prospects for you to close.

- Cold email and sequence writing (not templates — personalised, researched outreach)

- LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator prospecting

- HeyReach or similar LinkedIn automation tools
n
- Running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads at modest budgets for awareness and retargeting (not performance marketing — top-of-funnel brand visibility)

- Basic CRM hygiene — logging touches, tracking pipeline stage, follow-up discipline

- English writing that reads native — this is non-negotiable for international outreach
