Experience: Freshers to 5 years

Fluency in Hindi and English Mandatory

Key Responsibilities Telesales

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products and services.

- Convert leads into successful sales while achieving daily and monthly targets.

- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

- Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system. Telecollection

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
n
- Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding amounts.
n
- Understand customer concerns and assist with suitable payment solutions.
n
- Follow up on promised payment dates and support timely collections.
n
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
n
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information accurately
n
