About the Role:

n

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the building materials industry to develop relationships and identify new project opportunities across Delhi NCR. This is a client-facing role involving meetings with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and site teams — both at their offices and at active construction sites. The role will focus on developing initial relationships, understanding project requirements and identifying qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and other key decision-makers at their offices.
n
- Visit active construction sites to meet builders, contractors, site in-charges and project teams.
n
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and potential marble requirements.
n




- Conduct initial meetings and introduce Enn Dee‘s marble collection and capabilities.
n
- Understand project requirements, timelines, material preferences and decision-making processes.
n
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders and other project stakeholders.
n
- Identify and qualify genuine project opportunities.
n
- Maintain regular follow-ups and stay updated on project progress and requirements.

Requirements:

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in the building materials industry, preferably in business development, project sales or a client-facing role.
n
- Experience working with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers or project teams is strongly preferred.
n
- Candidates from marble, natural stone, tiles, quartz/surfaces, flooring, sanitaryware, plywood, laminates or other architectural/building-material categories are encouraged to apply.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Confident and comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings with clients and industry professionals.
n
- Proactive, presentable and relationship-oriented.
n
- Comfortable with regular travel across Delhi NCR.
n
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler is required.
n
