Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our core product modules. At LanternBRP, we are building the world's next-generation, AI-native ERP platform. This role is not for passive coordinators; you will be expected to get deep into the weeds, understand the underlying system architecture, and drive strict accountability across our engineering teams.You will thrive in a high-pressure, rapid-paced startup setting where you translate complex product visions into flawless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Ownership & Delivery

- Drive delivery: Take ultimate ownership of project timelines, release cycles, and deployment milestones for our AI-native ERP features.
- Get in the weeds: Dive deep into technical specifications, APIs, and data models to proactively identify blocks, risks, and technical debt.
- Manage sprints: Lead sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with high precision.

Team Accountability & Alignment
- Enforce accountability: Keep engineering and AI research teams strictly accountable to their commitments and deadlines.
- Bridge communication: Act as the critical link between Product Management, Engineering, and executive stakeholders, translating technical realities into business impacts.
- Remove roadblocks:



Shield the engineering team from distractions while relentlessly clearing technical and organizational bottlenecks.

Process & Detail Orientation
- Maintain documentation: Author hyper-detailed project plans, technical requirement summaries, risk registers, and release notes.
- Track metrics: Define and measure team velocity, burndown charts, and quality metrics to continuously optimize engineering throughput.
- Manage pressure: Navigate shifting priorities and tight deadlines calmly, keeping the team focused and motivated under stress.

Qualifications & Skills
- Technical background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A background as a software engineer or technical analyst is highly preferred.
- ERP or AI exposure: Previous experience working on enterprise SaaS, ERP systems, or AI/ML-driven software products is a major plus.
- Agile expertise: Deep mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and advanced proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Linear, or Notion.
- High attention to detail: Known for spot-checking deliverables, catching edge cases, and leaving zero room for ambiguity in execution plans.
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently challenge technical decisions when necessary.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
