Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product development and release activities from concept through launch.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project reporting.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth implementation of business and product changes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and status reports.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct project review meetings and communicate progress to leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance requirements.
- Support product launch readiness and release management activities.

- Experience in Project Management, Product Development,



and Product Release Management.
- Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Experience in Change Management and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools such as:

- Microsoft Project

- Power BI

- QuickBase

- Office Timeline
- Other equivalent project management tools

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of project governance, product lifecycle management, and release processes.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
