Requirement:

- Experienced Technical Project Manager with solid expertise in off-highway vehicles and engineering projects.
- Responsible for end-to-end project execution for global and client-facing programs.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, vehicle architecture, and product development processes.
- Proven experience managing technical projects within an engineering services / service industry environment.
- Experience leading off-highway projects involving construction equipment, agricultural machinery, mining equipment, or specialty vehicles is preferred.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Proven project leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, and customer expectations effectively.
