You will play a critical role in driving large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business impact.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or a related field
- Overall experience of 6 to 12 years, with 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience preferred.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus
- Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD
- Responsibilities
- Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Understand system architecture and technical trade-offs
- Work closely with engineering leaders on technical execution
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks
