Job Profile:
Responsible for specification of construction tools to Faade consultants , Structural Consultants, Architects, Government bodies and other specialist design and engineering personnel.
Managing working with customers, sales ams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of specific products
Building long-term relationships with specifiers to gain knowledge of specifications on projects and educating key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of products.
Communication with these product specs from design teams to sales teams, assigning account managers with their conversion into sales.
Regular visit to job sites to assess design problems - as well as opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions and support,
and adding value through the use of products.
Keeping track of specifications in CRM, communicating specifications through internal application.
Distribution of product information (Fastening Technology Manuals, technical literature, computer design software/discs) through field visits and/or seminars.
Conducting Technical seminars in specifiers offices and at potential sites to develop both short & long term business
