Role & responsibilities

- Understanding local laws and regulations pertaining to real estate

- Understanding of parameters to draw standardization in valuations of assets.

- Introducing parameters to monitor outliers on a regular basis.

- Designing formats for vendor reports and having oversight over BAU.

- Review of data required for compliance purpose as per RBI guidelines.

- Analysis of various MIS reports related to Technical Feasibility studies.

- Analysis of patterns for technical process adherence.

- Analyzing technical rejection criterias, NPA`s, its patterns & to study market practice.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with similar technical knowhow / BE Civil

- 5 - 8 yrs relevant experience.

- Valuable communication and pleasing personality.

- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
