Currently, around 4,000 employees are working at CARIAD on the digital transformation of the car. CARIAD is working intensively on the software and technology platform for Premium Platform Electric (PPE). The first vehicles based on PPE will be the electric Porsche Macan and Audi Q6 e-tron.

At the core of CARIAD is the development of the unified and scalable software and technology platform E³ 2.0 for all Group brands. E³ stands for ‘end to end electronics architecture’. The new software and technology platform is built from scratch and will be used first at the end of 2024 in Artemis,

About our Group

CARIAD COE (Centre of Excellence) is setup in Bangalore, India working exclusively with CARIAD and associated VW groups with the focus on development of ‘VW.OS”. The areas of work involve development of platform components such as firmware, boot loaders, AUTOSAR, Linux/QNX BSP, Service oriented architecture-based middleware components.

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Developer Cum Scrum Master with strong C++ development experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum practices. The candidate will contribute to software development activities while also supporting the team in sprint planning, tracking, and Agile process execution.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Modern C++.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and implementation.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Collaborate with QA, Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress and help the team achieve sprint goals.




- Remove blockers and coordinate with stakeholders when needed.
- Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.
- Maintain project transparency using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in C++ software development.
- knowledge of C++11/14/17
- Experience with Linux development environment.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical delivery and team coordination responsibilities.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress and help the team achieve sprint goals.

Nice to Have

- Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator.
- SAFe Agile knowledge.
- Automotive domain experience.
- Knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM or PSM.
