- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience You'll Need To Have
- 10-12 years of experience in software development
- 10+ years of experience in Java or similar programming languages
- 10+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 8+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services
- 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 10-12 years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 10-12 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience
