? Hiring: Technical Lead – Application Modernization (Python, Kubernetes/OpenShift)

We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead to drive cloud-native modernization workstreams, turning approved target architecture and milestone plans into executable engineering outcomes.

What you'll do:

? Lead current-state assessment of application architecture, repositories, interfaces, databases, and dependencies

? Shape and validate target-state cloud-native architecture, service decomposition, containerization, and migration sequencing

? Oversee Kubernetes/OpenShift workloads and CI/CD pipelines using Harness and GitHub Actions

? Implement observability across logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting

? Set coding, review, testing, and deployment-readiness standards; run design and code reviews

? Coordinate with client SMEs, platform, database, security, testing, and release teams

? Support performance validation, production-readiness reviews, cutover, stabilization,



and technical closeout

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Python

✅ Cloud-native modernization, microservices, and API-led design

✅ Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (Helm/manifests, secrets management, health checks, scaling, troubleshooting)

✅ CI/CD and DevSecOps with GitHub Actions, Harness, and Git workflows

✅ Working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

✅ Observability experience (structured logging, dashboards, metrics, alerting)

✅ Secure SDLC, testing strategy, performance engineering, and production-readiness practices

Good to have: Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience in a regulated enterprise environment.
