Role & responsibilities The Technical Delivery Coordinator provides delivery operations and coordination support for technology programs and initiatives. The role maintains delivery controls, schedules, dependencies, action plans, readiness activities,

reporting, and project records to provide accurate and timely visibility into delivery progress. By proactively tracking commitments, monitoring dependencies, coordinating follow-up actions, and escalating emerging concerns, the

Technical Delivery Coordinator enables the Program Manager to focus on delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

This position serves as the central coordination point for delivery administration and operational execution support but is not accountable for program outcomes, scope decisions, budget authority, resource allocation, delivery commitments, vendor negotiations, or strategic technology decisions. The role is expected to identify potential issues early, ensure information remains accurate and current, and provide the structured follow-through necessary to support predictable and successful technology delivery.

Position Summary The Technical Delivery Coordinator is a detail-oriented delivery support professional responsible for maintaining project plans, timelines, trackers, documentation, meeting follow-up, and day-to-day delivery controls across technology initiatives. The coordinator works under the direction of the Program Manager and partners with development, QA,

business, operations, vendors, and other assigned resources to ensure commitments are documented, monitored, and followed through to completion.

Operating Model The Technical Delivery Coordinator serves as the operational delivery support partner to the Program Manager. The coordinator maintains delivery controls, follow-through, project documentation, reporting, and readiness activities while the Program Manager retains accountability for scope, priorities, budget, resource allocation, stakeholder management,

and program outcomes.

Primary Outcomes

- Upcoming deliverables, overdue actions, blockers, and decisions are visible before they become missed commitments.
- Meeting actions, requirements questions, risks, and issues are documented and followed through to closure.
- Teams receive timely reminders, explicit assignments, and organized documentation needed to execute the work.

business, and delivery escalations.

Core Responsibilities

Project Planning and Schedule Maintenance

using approved templates and tools.
- Break approved deliverables into trackable activities with owners, target dates, dependencies, status, and completion

unresolved work.
- Maintain near-term look-ahead views for upcoming deadlines, testing windows, releases, client commitments, and

vendor deliverables.
- Prepare proposed schedule updates when dates shift, clearly showing the reason, affected milestones, downstream

impact, and required decision. Delivery Tracking and Follow-Through
- Obtain regular status updates from task owners and keep project records current without waiting for the Program

Manager to request each update.
- Follow up on open tasks, overdue actions, unanswered questions, approvals, test results, documentation, and delivery

commitments.
- Maintain action, decision, risk, issue, assumption, dependency, and change logs as required for each initiative.
- Confirm that completed items have the expected documentation or evidence before marking them complete.
- Track cross-team handoffs and verify that receiving teams have the information, access, files, environments, or

approvals needed to begin their work.
- Raise concerns promptly when updates are not received, dates are likely to be missed, requirements are incomplete,

or ownership is unclear. Risk, Issue, and Dependency Coordination
- Identify and document delivery risks, blockers, resource conflicts, unresolved dependencies, environment constraints,

and missing decisions.
- Capture the issue, business or delivery impact, owner, target date, mitigation action, and escalation need in plain

language.
- Follow up with owners on mitigation actions and bring overdue or ineffective actions to the Program Manager for

direction.
- Prepare concise escalation summaries that state what happened, what is affected, what has been attempted, available

options, and the decision needed.
- Monitor dependencies across business, development, QA, operations, vendors, and client activities and flag

sequencing conflicts early.

Meeting and Communication Support

- Prepare agendas, status materials, open-item lists, and decision questions for project meetings.
- Attend assigned meetings, document decisions and action items, and distribute clear notes with owners and dates.
- Maintain recurring meeting cadence, cancel unnecessary meetings with approval, and ensure unresolved items are

carried forward.
- Draft routine project communications, reminders, status updates, and follow-up messages for Program Manager review

when required.
- Organize project information so stakeholders can quickly understand current status, next steps, open risks, and items

requiring their input. Requirements, Tickets, and Documentation Readiness
- Review project requests and work items for required information, including objective, scope, business need, owner,

acceptance criteria, dependencies, target date, and supporting documentation.
- Identify incomplete, conflicting, or unclear information and route questions to the appropriate business or technical

owner before work is scheduled.

- Coordinate the movement of approved work through intake, planning, development, testing, release, and closure

stages based on the established process.
- Maintain organized project folders, meeting notes, requirements, approvals, test evidence, release records, and

decision history.
- Ensure project trackers, tickets, and status reports use consistent terminology and reflect the same dates, owners, and

current status. Testing, Release, and Implementation Coordination
- Coordinate test schedules, tester assignments, environment readiness, defect follow-up, retesting dates, and sign-off

tracking under the direction of the Program Manager and QA lead.
- Maintain readiness checklists for requirements, development completion, testing, approvals, communications,

implementation, rollback, and post-release validation.
- Confirm that required participants understand their assigned implementation steps and timing before a release or

launch.
- Track implementation actions and post-production follow-up, including stabilization items, defects, documentation, and

handoff to support.
- Escalate missed readiness criteria or unresolved defects before planned releases.

Vendor and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Track vendor deliverables, due dates, open questions, requested documentation, testing dependencies, and follow-up

actions.
- Coordinate routine information exchange among business teams, technology teams, QA, operations, and vendors.
- Maintain a record of vendor commitments and identify conflicts between vendor dates and internal delivery plans.
- Prepare supporting information for vendor or client discussions while the Program Manager retains ownership of

sensitive negotiations, escalations, and relationship decisions.
- Route requests and issues to the correct owner and verify that responses are received and recorded.

Status Reporting and Project Administration
- Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards showing schedule health, completed work, upcoming milestones,

overdue items, risks, issues, decisions, and support needed.
- Validate status information against source trackers and task-owner updates before distribution.
- Maintain project calendars, contact lists, distribution lists, recurring reminders, and standard templates.
- Assist with tracking project hours, purchase requests, invoices, budget updates, or vendor records when assigned;

escalate discrepancies for review.
- Support project closeout by confirming deliverables, approvals, documentation, lessons learned, and remaining

operational actions are recorded. Decision Authority and Escalation Boundaries
