We are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead who can take complete ownership of software project execution from requirement understanding through development, testing, deployment and handover.
The person will technically lead a small development team, work closely with the founders, participate in solution design and client discussions, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
This is not a purely managerial role. The candidate should be comfortable reviewing code, designing architecture, solving technical problems and getting hands-on when required.
- Understand business/client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design application architecture, database structure, APIs and integrations.
- Break requirements into modules, tasks and development milestones.
- Assign and monitor work of developers.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve development blockers.
- Review code, architecture and database designs.
- Participate hands-on in development of critical modules when required.
- Own integration, testing, deployment and production readiness.
- Coordinate UAT, bug resolution and project handover.
- Ensure Git/code management, documentation and development standards.
- Estimate development effort, resources and timelines for current projects.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers, OEMs and partners.
- Provide project execution status, risks and dependencies to management.
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of multiple small/medium projects.
