Role OverviewWe are looking for a Content Writer – Team Lead with strong expertise in technical content writing for software, IT services, and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will lead the content team, create high-quality technical content, and develop content that supports SEO, thought leadership, lead generation, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the content writing team.
- Create and review technical blogs, articles, white papers, eBooks, case studies, solution pages, and website content.
- Develop SaaS and software-focused content for B2B audiences.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create conversion-focused content.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, software trends, AI, cloud, mobile, and enterprise solutions.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, SEO-optimized,



and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage content calendars, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in an IT services or SaaS company.
- Proven experience writing white papers, eGuides, technical blogs, articles, and long-form B2B content.
- Solid understanding of software development, SaaS products, cloud technologies, APIs, AI, and digital transformation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
- Experience leading a content team and working with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Preferred: Experience with B2B technology marketing, lead-generation content, and thought leadership initiatives.
