Role- Planview Administrator

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Planview administration: users, roles, security, screens, menus, attributes, lookup tables, portfolios, resources, and financial structures
n
- Configure lifecycles, Scripted Dialogs, workflows, approvals, notifications, and demand/project intake processes.
n
- Develop and support Power BI, SSRS, executive dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio analytics.
n
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot APIs, perform SQL analysis, and resolve production issues.
n
- Support quarterly releases, migrations, UAT, regression testing, and environment management.
n
- Drive data governance, platform cleanup, audit support, and technical debt reduction.
n
- Participate in governance boards, CAB reviews, and enhancement prioritization
n
- 7 - 10 years of Planview Administration experience.
n

Must Have

n

• Hands-on experience with:

n

o Planview Portfolios Administration

n

o Lifecycles & Scripted Dialogs

n

o Workflow configuration and troubleshooting

n

o User roles, security, and access management

n

o Resource, financial, and portfolio management

n

n
- Strong SQL skills on Planview databases
n
- Power BI reporting, OData datasets, and Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS).
n




- Integration troubleshooting (REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, Swagger).
n
- Release management, regression testing, and environment promotion.
n
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
n
