Events & Partnerships Associate

Location: India / Remote | Experience: 2–5 years | Reports to: CEO

About Platonix

Platonix is an interactive OTT platform for holistic wellbeing, where people can connect with authentic teachers, join live sessions, ask questions, and practise together across mind, body and soul.

Role

n

Work closely with the CEO to identify, onboard and manage event organizers and content partners, turning partnership opportunities into live events and ongoing collaborations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify and build a pipeline of event organizers, wellness experts, creators and communities.
n
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
n
- Coordinate partner discussions and support the lead → onboarding → live event journey.
n
- Collect event/content information and ensure timely onboarding on Platonix.
n
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content and Product teams for event launches.
n
- Maintain event calendar, partner pipeline and follow-ups.
n




- Build long-term relationships and identify recurring event & partnership opportunities.
n
- Prepare reports on leads, conversions, events, registrations and partner performance.
n
- Support the CEO with research, meetings, follow-ups and partnership initiatives.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 2–5 years in events, partnerships, business development, community or marketing.
n
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
n
- Comfortable working with external partners and senior stakeholders.
n
- Highly organized, proactive and ownership-driven.
n
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
n
- Languages: English and Hindi required; any additional regional language is a plus.
n

Good to have: Experience in wellness, fitness, health, spirituality, online/hybrid events or startups.

n

This is a hands-on role focused on building the Platonix partner ecosystem and converting opportunities into successful events and partnerships.
