CTC: Up to ₹65 LPA

About the Role

n

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow technology leader to drive platform strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for a large-scale ServiceNow environment.

n

The role involves working with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and external partners to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, and technical delivery.
n
- Design and review scalable ServiceNow solutions and ensure adherence to platform standards.
n
- Drive governance, best practices, platform performance, and technical debt reduction.
n
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow technical teams.
n
- Manage delivery across internal teams and external partners.
n
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, vendors, and business teams.
n




- Support enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation and platform adoption.
n
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow capabilities.
n

Mandatory Experience

n

n
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
n
- 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
n
- 8+ years of ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architecture experience.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in: ITOM, SecOps, & HRSD
n
- Experience managing large/global ServiceNow environments.
n
- Experience working with multiple delivery partners/vendors.
n
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and technical leadership.
n
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
n

Preferred

n

n
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS / CTA certifications.
n
- ITIL certification.
n
- Experience with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
n

n
