We are looking for a Tech Operations Intern to support the day-to-day execution, monitoring, reporting and improvement of technology and operational processes.

This role is suited to someone interested in technology, data, systems, processes and problem-solving and looking to build practical experience in Tech Operations, Product Operations, AdTech or Technology Management.

What you will work on

You will support the team across:

- Platform and system operations
- Monitoring and issue tracking
- Data validation and quality checks
- Operational reporting
- Internal tools and workflows
- Process documentation
- Technical and operational troubleshooting
- Cross-functional coordination
- Testing of features, workflows and process changes
- Process improvement and automation
- Technology and product operations

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day technology and operational processes
- Monitor systems, dashboards, workflows and operational tasks
- Track issues, incidents, requests and pending requirements
- Identify errors, inconsistencies and unusual patterns in operational data
- Perform data validation and quality checks across systems
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation and records
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports




- Coordinate with technology, product and operations teams
- Follow up on technical and operational issues through to resolution
- Assist with testing new features, workflows and tools
- Document processes, requirements, issues and resolutions
- Support troubleshooting of technology and operational problems
- Identify recurring issues and assist with process improvements
- Assist in automating repetitive operational tasks
- Support internal dashboards, tools and workflows
- Help ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines

What we are looking for

We are looking for a final-year student or recent graduate with an interest in technology, operations, SaaS, AdTech, product operations or digital platforms.

Prior Tech Operations experience is not required. We are more interested in someone who is curious, organised, comfortable working with data and willing to learn.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities




- Comfortable learning current software and internal tools
- Ability to follow up on tasks and requirements
- Willingness to investigate problems and understand their underlying causes
