Prepare and serve beverages as per SOP. Handle packing and online orders . Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet. Assist in stock arrangement and inventory . Ensure proper presentation of food, beverages, and outlet area.

Support the team during rush hours and peak operations . Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and discipline policies . Perform other operational duties assigned by the Outlet Manager .

Required

SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations. Willingness to learn kitchen, billing, beverages, service, and packing . Teamwork and positive attitude. Ability to work in shifts and during busy hours.

Experience 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, bakery, café, QSR, or food-service industry preferred. Freshers can also apply.
