Responsibilities

- Injection Molding Machine Operation

- Process Monitoring and control

- Process Validation, Konwledge about Polymer Injection molding

- Trouble shooting

- Daily work Management, Machine Utilisation

- Machine Tool Setup and Tool Maintenance

- Knowledge about quality systems ISO/IATF

- System requirements MS Office, ERP SAP

- Monitor production quality and ensure standards are met.

- Collaborate with team to ensure efficiency.

- Identify and report any issues that may arise during production.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Track and report on production metrics.

- Train recent Joinees on company procedures and safety measures

Requirements

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role with Injection Molding

- Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.

- Ability to lead and train a team effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.

- Understanding of production metrics and reporting.
