Quality Analyst Team Leader Responsibilities:

- Conducted daily quality checks of mystery shopper reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
- Reviewed reports against internal quality standards before submission for final review.
- Identified errors, deviations, and inconsistencies and ensured timely corrections.
- Allocated tasks and managed the daily workload of Quality Analysts.
- Served as the first point of contact for analysts regarding quality-related queries and concerns.
- Supported Quality Analysts in understanding quality parameters, SOPs, and reporting expectations.




- Provided regular feedback to analysts based on quality review findings.
- Monitored individual performance and shared observations with the Quality Supervisor.
- Maintained quality tracking sheets, error logs, and daily performance records.
- Ensured proper documentation of quality observations, corrections, and resolutions.
- Monitored team adherence to SOPs, client guidelines, and internal processes.
- Coordinated with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of quality operations.

Compensation Salary: 1200 AED per month approx
