Role Description The Team Leader Last Mile Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end last mile delivery activities. This role involves managing daily dispatch and delivery schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that orders reach customers on time and in good condition.

The Team

Leader will supervise delivery teams, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve operational issues to maintain high service standards.



They will track customer feedback related to deliveries and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce delivery errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also includes reporting on operational KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance norms.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in managing delivery-related customer issues and service quality.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Proven Operations Management capabilities, covering last mile logistics, route planning, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated People Management experience, including team supervision, coaching, and workload allocation.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retail operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
