Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and motivate the real estate sales team. Set and monitor individual and team sales targets. Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers. Support team members in property presentations and negotiations.
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with the Marketing and CRM teams for lead management. Ensure proper follow-up and timely conversion of leads into bookings. Handle customer queries and assist in resolving issues.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance/training. Maintain proper records of sales, leads, and customer follow-ups. Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures.
