Research & Development (R&D;) Executive

Department: Research & Development

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and develop new agricultural and dairy machinery.
- Improve existing machines based on customer and market requirements.
- Design and modify machine components and assemblies.
- Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
- Create prototypes and coordinate prototype testing.
- Identify technical issues and provide suitable design solutions.
- Conduct product testing and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Service teams.
- Prepare technical documents, BOMs, drawings, and product specifications.
- Research new technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods.
- Support cost reduction and product improvement initiatives




- Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
- SolidWorks / AutoCAD knowledge.
- Product design and development.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
