Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts team.

- Review and supervise accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

- Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and reporting activities.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

- Review vendor/customer balances and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

- Prepare and review MIS and other management reports.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders as required.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required schedules and documentation.

- Monitor team performance, allocate work, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Train, guide, and mentor team members.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company accounting policies and procedures.
