Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team
- Manage client relationships end-to-end
- Drive business development and revenue growth
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Track recruitment performance, metrics, and TAT
- Work closely with leadership to improve recruitment operations
