We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – S&T; to manage and coordinate Railway Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T;) activities for the KAVACH Railway Project. The candidate should have strong experience in railway electrification, signalling & telecommunication, or transmission line projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise S&T; activities at the railway project site.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and railway authorities.
- Monitor project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and railway project requirements.
- Manage and guide the site team for smooth project execution.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / S&T; / Transmission Line Projects.
- OR
- B.Tech / Degree with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / S&T; / Transmission Line Projects.
- Experience in railway signalling, telecom, KAVACH, or related railway projects will be preferred.
- Solid site management, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
