Role & responsibilities :-

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Software/Web Developer with strong experience in ERP software development and exposure to architectural projects. The candidate will lead the development team, manage technical delivery, and contribute to scalable ERP/web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of software/web developers.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP and web-based applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality development.
- Design and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems.




- Coordinate with management and other teams for project delivery.
- Work on software solutions related to ERP, architecture.

Required Experience:

- 5-8 years of relevant software/web development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role.
- Solid hands-on development experience along with team-handling capability.
- Experience in ERP development is required.
- Experience with architectural projects is preferred.
