NexLogic Innovation Private Limited is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead programme management and government advisory assignments in Urban Development, Infrastructure, Municipal Reforms, Smart Cities, and AMRUT projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage Programme Management Units (PMUs), Programme Management Teams, or similar government assignments.

- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for urban development and infrastructure programmes.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and oversee programme activities to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Act as the key coordination point between government departments, municipal bodies, project teams, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and allocate responsibilities across different project workstreams.
- Develop programme strategies, implementation plans, monitoring frameworks, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implementation challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide strategic and technical inputs on urban development, municipal reforms, Smart Cities, infrastructure, and AMRUT initiatives.
- Review project deliverables, reports, presentations, and technical documents to ensure quality and consistency.




- Conduct regular programme review meetings and present progress updates to senior government stakeholders.
- Support decision-making through data-driven analysis, strategic recommendations, and programme-level reporting.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification

* Postgraduate Degree in Planning, Public Policy, MBA, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of qualified experience.

- Must have experience in at least one assignment involving leadership of a PMU, PSU, or Programme Management Team for Government.
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Urban Development
- Infrastructure Development
- Municipal Reforms
- Smart Cities
- AMRUT Projects
- Government Programme Management
